Terms & Conditions
1. Membership
1.1 The programme is open to invited customers only. Membership shall commence once the customer has successfully completed and submitted the invitation form sent to him/her via email. Employees of Hongkong Land (Singapore) Pte Ltd (hereinafter “Organiser”), tenants of CityLink Mall and their immediate family are not eligible to participate in the programme.
1.2 Each member shall only have one membership account. The membership and all the loyalty points and privileges under its account are not transferable. The programme is valid in Singapore only.
1.3 Selection and enrolment of any customer into the programme is at the sole discretion of the Organiser. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse any customer or member from participating in the programme at any time and with or without providing any reasons whatsoever. Member shall not be entitled to any compensation for any of such suspension and/or termination.
1.4 All membership memberships are subjected to renewal at the end of each year. Renewal of the membership is at the discretion of the Organiser. Upon expiration of the membership, any loyalty points or privileges that are not redeemed shall expire and be forfeited.
1.5 The member may also terminate his/her membership at any time by giving a written notice to the Organiser. The Organiser will terminate the membership within 3 working days after receiving the written notice. Similarly any loyalty points that have not been redeemed shall be forfeited.
2. Collection of Loyalty Points
2.1 The member shall be awarded 1 loyalty point for every S$10 spent at any participating tenants in CityLink Mall. This is subject to a minimum purchase of S$30 per collection cycle and not more than 3 combined receipts should be used to meet this minimum purchase criterion. Only original receipts are accepted. Receipts for payment of bills, banking transactions or purchase of gift vouchers are also not accepted. Receipts for trade-in items are valid for the amount top-up only.
2.2 Collection of points has to be done at CityLink Mall Concierge during its operating hours. Each of the receipts presented for the collection of points is valid only if it is within 3 days from the date of purchase. The Organiser will not entertain, under any circumstances, retrospective claims from any member whatsoever.
2.3 The Organiser, at its absolute discretion, reserves the right to revise the number of loyalty points to be awarded to the members at any time as it deems fit and without providing any reasons whatsoever. Under special circumstances, the Organiser may also award bonus points to selected members as it deems fit. Likewise the Organiser may also disallow members to earn loyalty points at times when there are other promotion(s) that may be running in conjunction.
2.4 The maximum number of loyalty points awarded to any member in a single day is 100 points irregardless of the total amount spent. These loyalty points have no cash or monetary value.
2.5 Points earned shall expire at the end of the forthcoming quarter following 1 year from the date in which they are earned or at the termination of the membership or the programme, whichever is earlier.
2.6 The Organiser will not be liable for any error or delay in the updating of the points credited to the members. The Organiser is also not liable for any loss of loyalty points incurred by the members due to errors or a breakdown in machinery, computer hardware, computer software, communication devices, internet connection and communication. Members are advised to check the loyalty points awarded to them and to keep their receipts for verification purposes.
3. Redemption of Loyalty Points
3.1 The member may redeem the loyalty points awarded to his/her account for the reward items of his/her choice as listed in the Reward Catalogue subject to meeting any condition that the Organiser may impose. The Organiser, at its absolute discretion, may update or change the reward items available for redemption from time to time and without giving the member any prior notice.
3.2 Redemption for any reward item is subject to its availability on a first-come-first-served basis. In the event that any reward item is no longer available, the Organiser reserves the right to replace it with another of similar value or to take it out of the reward catalogue completely.
3.3 The member shall present his/her NRIC, Passport or driving license at the Concierge each time he/she makes a redemption. For special promotions, the Organiser may use other means of identification via email or mobile communications to process the redemption of loyalty points for selected members.
3.4 The maximum number of redemption permitted in a single day is strictly 10 reward items only. The maximum number of redemption for any particular reward item in a single day is 3 redemptions only.
3.5 The member agrees that his/her loyalty points will be deducted from his/her account before he/she can receive the reward item(s). Once the redemption has been processed and the points deducted, it cannot be withdrawn or amended. Redeemed items also cannot be exchanged for cash or other reward.
3.6 The Organiser reserves the right to suspend the member account, including the collection and redemption of points if there is any suspicion of erroneous entries, system glitches, fraudulent activities or member mischief. The Organiser also reserves the right to take any corrective or preventive actions as it deems fit, including but not limited to the adjustment of loyalty points in the member account or to recall any redeemed reward items from the member. The decision of the Organiser is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
4. Reward Items, Gifts and Vouchers
4.1 The Organiser makes no product representation or warranty with regards to the quality and condition of any reward item listed in the Reward Catalogue. The Organiser will also not be liable for any loss or injury that may be suffered by the member or any third parties arising out of the use and enjoyment of any reward.
4.2 Use of reward vouchers are subject to their respective terms and conditions. They are valid for use at the stated tenant(s) in CityLink Mall and within the specified time period only. For purchases exceeding the face value of the reward voucher, the member shall pay for the shortfall at his/her expense. For purchases that fall below the face value of the reward voucher, there will be no refund of the difference by the Organiser, the participating tenant or merchant.
4.3 The Organiser will not replace any reward item, be it gift or voucher, which has been lost, stolen or damaged.
5. Member Information and Communications
5.1 The Organiser and its authorised agent that operates the programme shall reserve the rights to use any information it has collected from the members for statistical purposes or to improve its services. The Organiser and its authorised agent will however not release the information to any third party except with the explicit consent of the members.
5.2 The members agree that the Organiser may contact them via the contact details they have provided to update them on membership-related matters or promotional details. Such communications can be from the Organiser, its tenants and/or marketing partners and in the form of mailer, email, SMS or other digital channels.
6. General Conditions
6.1 The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its absolute discretion, and without giving members any prior notice or reason. However the Organiser will endeavour to notify members in advance on such amendments of these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 The Organiser reserves to the right to terminate the programme or invalidate any loyalty point or rewards at any time and the member shall agree to be bound by such decision without demanding any compensation whatsoever.
6.3 The Organiser shall not be responsible or liable for any delay, error or omission in storing of the member’s details and their transactions including the collection or redemption of loyalty points.
6.4 The Organiser shall not be liable if it is unable to perform its obligations , due directly or indirectly, to the failure of any machinery, software, communication system, Act of God or anything outside the control of the Organiser.
6.5 Fraud and abuse relating to the collection or redemption of loyalty points and other privileges related to the programme will be taken seriously and may result in the forfeiture of accrued points and cancellation of membership.
6.6 The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the programme shall be final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
6.7 By participating in the programme, members agree to these Terms & Conditions and further agree to be bound by any amendments to these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
