How to Collect & Redeem Points
Frequent CityShoppers can earn 1 loyalty point for every $10 purchase that they made at any store in CityLink Mall, subject to the Terms & Conditions of this Programme. Both the collection and redemption of points will be done at CityLink Mall’s Concierge during operating hours.
Frequent CityShoppers will be informed of their point balance and the latest rewards catalogue at multiple touch-points such as via monthly e-Newsletters, SMS notifications and at the member website. For greater convenience, they can also check their point balance at anytime anywhere on their mobile phones.
And for those who prefer a more personal service, our friendly Concierge will be more than delighted to be of assistance by phone or over the counter from 10am to 10pm daily.
